    I've realized that running, or going on the elliptical, or the bike is NOT the cardio for me. I need to create an actual work-out plan for each muscle area, and ACTUALLY stick with it. (Note to self: DO THIS ONE)

    I find myself happier when I can afford to do fun things. Crazy.
