Things I Know I Need to Stop Doing but Probably Won't

  1. Texting while walking.
  2. Checking my phone in class.
  3. Snacking. A lot. Especially when I'm bored.
  4. Unlocking my phone, staring at the screen for a minute, deciding there's nothing interesting to do, and locking it again. Only to repeat the process ten seconds later.
  5. Judging people that I don't know.
  6. Going on crash diets that are brought on by some emotional drama and abandoned by the end of the day.
  7. Binge watching the Office and Glee on Netflix when I should be working on homework.
  8. Making decisions when I'm upset.
  9. Hitting snooze on my alarm.
  10. Cussing. A lot.
