Things I can do right now to end the baby blues
Beating postpartum depression one day at a time
- •Only have 1-2 coffees of coffee.More than that contributes to anxiety.
- •Go for a run.
- •Do 5 sun salutations in the morning.Yoga... it will kick depression in the ass.
- •Eat something.Feed the machine and it will work better.
- •Get out of the house.
- •Talk to someone."Hi Mom..."
- •Pray and meditate.Ask and then listen. He'll always answer.
- •Make something.
