Thing's I do daily to combat multiple sclerosis & depression

    Read a chapter from my own book to remind me of where I was.
  2. 2.
    Write the morning joke to help my group and myself laugh.
  3. 3.
    Do my morning live video or a video in general to talk about issues I've used & share them with others
  4. 4.
    Workout for hour and a half.
  5. 5.
    Eat healthy every meal
  6. 6.
    Again find something to keep me laughing and smiling
