Thing's I do daily to combat multiple sclerosis & depression
- •Read a chapter from my own book to remind me of where I was.
- •Write the morning joke to help my group and myself laugh.
- •Do my morning live video or a video in general to talk about issues I've used & share them with others
- •Workout for hour and a half.
- •Eat healthy every meal
- •Again find something to keep me laughing and smiling
