Thing's I do daily to combat multiple sclerosis & depression
- 1.Read a chapter from my own book to remind me of where I was.
- 2.Write the morning joke to help my group and myself laugh.
- 3.Do my morning live video or a video in general to talk about issues I've used & share them with others
- 4.Workout for hour and a half.
- 5.Eat healthy every meal
- 6.Again find something to keep me laughing and smiling
