Why am I avoiding sleep though?
  1. Searching Hulu for New Episodes of one of the shows that I watch even though I know there are none.
  2. Checking the fridge for a snack even though I know there's nothing in there.
  3. Watching a terrible Ashley Judd movie on Netflix.
  4. Rummaging through the pantry and eventually stealing a bag of my roommates popcorn.
  5. Endless scrolling though Facebook newsfeed.
  6. Adding a story to my Snapchat.
  7. Scrolling through Facebook some more.
  8. Checking my email.
