DEPRESSION OR RELAXATION?

On a day like today, it is hard to know
  1. Wake up at 8:30 am with sheets torn off and corners of mattress bare.
    It makes me feel like a gross person when bed isn't properly made. I got out of bed, went to the bathroom, crawled back in with out fixing it.
  2. Dozed in and out of sleep from about 8:45 to 1pm
    Thought about things i needed to do today like shower, buy sheets that fit my bed, dishes, go outside... And just kept going back to sleep instead
  3. Ate leftovers for breakfast around 2pm
    Sandwich with soggy bread. Did this in my bed.
  4. Watched clips of Brian Wilson from the early 80s in bed
    Been on a kick after getting very sad watching Love and Mercy last week.
  5. Watched Charlie Rose interview Charles Manson.
    The sound quality was sooooo bad. But i just let it ride. (Been very into the podcast You Will Remember This about manson and hollywood)
  6. Went outside for a cigarette
    Realized how nice it is outside, considered going for a bike ride, came back inside and started this list.
  7. Started and finished this list.
    Results are inconclusive. But i feel gross enough to go take a shower now...
