Other ways are wrong
  1. Put soups and sauces in quart ziplocs; freeze flat on cookie sheet; file resultant rectangles vertically in a plastic file organizer
  2. Freeze pesto, harissa, tomato paste, blended chipotle peppers in ice cube trays, then decant into ziploc bags
  3. Break down packages of bacon into smaller units and freeze in foil; label packages with # of pieces
  4. You can use office filing baskets to hold irritatingly irregular pieces of frozen meat
  5. Give your ziplocs mouth-to-mouth to suck out as much of the air as possible
  6. You should prob get a vacuum sealer but I am, as yet, too cheap
  7. I desperately want a chest freezer. CAN U IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES
