1. Meditation
    I've sort of tried to do it before but my (ADHD?) mind is all over the place, and I quickly get frustrated. But I keep reading about its benefits and it sounds so good.
  2. Yoga
    I've done it before at home, I want to go to regular classes, it feels good, but it's expensive. Seriously, it should be free for everyone if it's so good for you.
  3. Massage
    Laying on of hands. Weekly. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about how good it feels. My life would be greatly improved with regular massages.
