- •YogaI've done it before at home, I want to go to regular classes, it feels good, but it's expensive. Seriously, it should be free for everyone if it's so good for you.
- •MassageLaying on of hands. Weekly. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about how good it feels. My life would be greatly improved with regular massages.
