How I get my day started for peak performance.

- •MeditationAnother skill used by the most successful people. Whatever you call it-mindfulness, centering, prayer- helps with stress and provides focus to your day. Some non-spiritual meditation apps I like are Headspace and Aware.
- •Review my day aheadHave my planner ready at my favorite chair, with a cup of coffee.
- •Move!I like to run or hit the gym by 0530.
- •Starbucks!Venti Sumatra, no room.
- •BreakfastMost important meal of the day! Usually eggs, spinach and avocado, followed by a magnesium supplement.
