1. Spend less time on social media
    I tend to waste so much time scrolling when I can be doing something to better myself.
  2. Try to cut out as much dairy as I can
    I'm pretty positive dairy is causing my acne, bloating, and stomach issues.
  3. Hike part of the Appalachian Trail
    Andrea and I are planning to hike a section this spring/sunmer
  4. Read one book a month
  5. Exercise more
    Running, yoga, rock climbing, hiking, pole dancing, dance, bike riding. I need to start being more active.
  6. Learn to meditate + practice mindfulness
    It doesn't have to be just sitting in a yoga mat in silence. It can be a quick 2 minute meditation at work, while eating, washing dishes etc. Just clear your mind.
  7. Become more minimalistic
    In 2016 I really took up minimalism. 2017 I want to even more. Start getting rid of more clothes. Get rid of items I don't need. Minimise my diet + beauty products.
  8. Cook more
    Try new recipes. Try and make stuff from scratch. Make own bread. Start fermenting foods. Try to make kombucha.
  9. Eat healthier
    I've been eating crappy lately. Eat more simple, whole, homemade foods. You will feel so so much better.
  10. Watch more documentaries
    Try to watch one a week
  11. Practice my Spanish
    Maybe learn a new word a day? That's 365 but my the end of the year.
  12. Journal more
    Get my thoughts down on paper. Clear my mind.
  13. Spend more time in nature.
    Go on walks in neighbourhood, go to Jennings state forest, black creek trail, go on weekend/day trips to the beach, mountains, go camping with friends or alone. Get outside.
