  1. Get a box of frozen mini croissants and put one on a lined cookie sheet before you go to bed. When you wake up, bake it for 20 minutes and eat it with some good fruit (i.e. NOT MELON) and an almond milk latte

    Oats in a smoothie are a revelation. Also there's a piece of fuzz in my hair in this photo and I can't take my eyes off of it
