BROWN RICE BOWLS I MAKE ON THE REG #DRAFTMAS

My diet is 75% comprised of these meals. Brown rice costs like $1 and lasts all week!
  1. 💕🍚 the main recipe 🍚💕
    Put a scoop of cooked brown rice in a pan with a little oil and add all the other stuff. Cook it at medium-high heat for 4 minutes and season with salt and pepper. BAM! 👌🏼
  2. Brown rice bowl (lemony version)
    Brown rice + spinach, garlic, and approximately 1 bucket of lemon juice (poached egg on top if you're feeling fancy)
  3. Brown rice bowl (peanutty version)
    Brown rice + kale, shredded chicken breast, Trader Joe's peanut vinaigrette
  4. Brown rice bowl (pretend Chipotle version)
    Brown rice with lime and cilantro + black beans, sometimes chorizo, and mango chopped with some onion and jalapeño that we pretend is salsa
  5. Brown rice bowl (fried rice version)
    Brown rice + soy sauce, scrambled egg, rice vinegar
  6. Brown rice bowl (curry version)
    Brown rice + diced onion, chickpeas, and Target brand butter chicken simmer sauce
  7. Brown rice bowl (cheesy version)
    Brown rice + kale, chickpeas, balsamic vinegar, dried cranberries, goat cheese
