  3. Work hard but not too hard
  4. Donate time/energy/$ to important causes
  5. Prioritize: light reading, bubble baths, fresh air, kitty tummies, brunch dates, healthy boundaries
  6. Gently expand your world
  7. Take your meds!!!!!!!
