1. Bring water bottle, almost everywhere
  2. Take notes! Give brain some space
  3. Make reading a habit. Before bed and while commuting are probably the best times to read
  4. Always make a to-do-list and feel better when you ticked off those empty boxes
  5. Bring tote bag while grocery shopping. Plastic is the real enemy
  6. Unplug as much as you can. Unwind and just be
  7. Go out! See the sea, sun, trees and everything in between!
  8. Eliminate noises and unnecessary thoughts and stuffs. Be happy with only things that really matter
  9. Try new activities, explore new places, eat new foods, watch new movies, meet new people
  10. Lastly, learn and enjoy the slowness of life. Everyone dies but not everyone lives
