As dat boi would say, "O shit waddup"! Happy 1st bday, li.st πŸ’–
  1. β€’
    Cooked my first steak
Without the help of my dad and did it with on a cast iron grill. They were so good πŸ˜›
  2. β€’
Went to NYC for my bday weekend with my cousins, 3 of whom I hadn't seen in person for 17 (!!) years
We also stayed in an AirBnB, which I had never done before and I booked the room under my name. Got a glowing review from the host after πŸ™ŒπŸΎ
  3. β€’
Went to my first baseball game ⚾️
Very hesitant to go because baseball seems like the most boring sport in the world but I WAS WRONG!! BASEBALL GAMES ARE THE MOST FUN!!!!
  4. β€’
Got served in NYC, despite the fact that I was still 20 😱
You know how wild it is to have to wait to turn legal again?? It's v wild
  5. β€’
Had the most gorgeous last dinner in Brooklyn at this Italian restaurant called Aurora
Absolutely would recommend! We made a reservation a few hours before for a late dinner (around 9pm) and they gave us a table that was like on a platform, secluded from everyone else, outside. I also knew the most about wine at the table and the waiter helped me pick one out and let me sample it before we had it and I felt so fancy βœ¨πŸ‘ΈπŸΎ
  6. β€’
Had to run social media for my internship for bit, 0/10 not a fun experience
@alys idk how you do this for a living, you are a creative GENIUS. Did prove that I was fantastic at framing interesting pics though πŸ˜‰
  7. β€’
    Turned 21
Also finally got a new profile pic after 2 years. S/o to my cousin for taking over 40 pics of me before I finally liked one enough
  8. β€’
My boobs have grown immensely because of my birth control
Not sure how I feel about it tbh
  9. β€’
    Successfully navigated DC metro
I have a thing where I know I feel comfortable in a new city when I'm able to close my eyes and snooze on transit without worrying about missing my stop. Took me 3 weeks to feel comfortable in DC
  10. β€’
My parents sold and moved out of my childhood home
Lived their for 17 years and I dodged a MAJOR bullet by not being in the country to help move everything out πŸ˜…
  11. β€’
    Lol'd at kids
    Just a simple song request
  12. β€’
    Felt at home in Maryland
  13. β€’
    Wore a sari
This picture is funny because 30 seconds prior, my uncle and cousin were full on fighting over my cousins god awful shoes and I was like, "plz I never wear saris, I need to take a pic"
  14. β€’
    Died
  15. β€’
Went to a WNBA game with my work! πŸ€
It was my first basketball game and honestly, not a fan of watch bball irl. You can see how obviously some of the players flop and then I get second hand embarrassment when I watch then try to fight with the refs about it πŸ™ˆ
  16. β€’
Went to my second baseball game for my work and got to go behind home plate for the national anthem
    I was mega emo πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ˜

  21. β€’
    Went to Philadelphia
The Philly cheesesteak we had was unreal. We went to the restaurant from the movie Creed and after I ordered one of the cooks told me there was no way I was from America because I was too polite πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦
  22. β€’
Explored DC for two days by myself
  23. β€’
Me and my Canadian geese bros
Also had the brilliant idea to wear a dress and bike around DC, good thinking, Sab 🚴🏾
  24. β€’
Left DC and moved out of my Aunt's place πŸ’ž
  25. β€’
Had my supervisor tell me on my last day that out of the 100s of interns she's worked with in her last 10 years in non-profit, I was hands down one of the top 5
My parents, especially my dad, was very resistant to me switching from a science degree to one in psychology in the arts. After showing him the glowing performance review she wrote me, my dad told me that clearly what I'm studying is perfectly made for me. It's one of the proudest I've felt all summer
  26. β€’
Went to Texas to spend a few days with my dad
    #Texasforever
  27. β€’
    Went to Galveston
Is it in poor taste to mention Morris Black?
  28. β€’
    Went to Austin
After years of watching RoosterTeeth, I was beyond stoked. I could easily see myself living there

Saw ol' Michael Fassbender in the flesh
    V handsome and v ginger 😍
  33. β€’
Fell in love with my boyfriend
A more handsome ginger than Michael Fassbender, if I do say so myself
  34. β€’
Bought one of my best gifts ever for @alishakurji's bday
Made by the talented @roaringsoftly. We put it up next to our Social Network poster
  35. β€’
Two weeks ago, my boyfriend had some very scary news about his health. It's been the most insane couple weeks, but now he's doing well!
Two days after he found out, I went on here and searched li.st to see if anyone had gone through the same thing.
  36. β€’
And now tomorrow, I'm going to Kanye with @alishakurji and we're finally going to take a picture of us together where we don't look like plebs πŸ‘―

I love self-reflection and thinking about who I was 2 weeks, 4 months, or even 1 year ago when I got this app. I'm honestly not sure how often I'll be on here after this, but thank you for reading this if you made it all the way through 😘😘
