    Or pork if you have time and a slow cooker.

    Need a lil mojo? Sauté garlic in olive oil until it's a light light golden brown, then add orange juice, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin - bring it to a rolling boil then let it cool and voilà! Mojo.
  14. Canned black beans
