I am fed up of feeling sluggish and full of fatigue after a quick can of pop or a cheeky 99p Mayo Chicken. So, enough is enough and for 2 weeks I will be giving these naughty things a rest.
  1. Fizzy drinks
    Coke, Fanta and Sprite..... No more, no more
  2. Alcohol
    Working a full time office job, can easily turn you into an alcoholic, without you realising. After only 8 months, I tend to crave a drink after a lonnnng day.
  3. Bad snacks
    I just can't anymore with my crisp habit.
  4. Fast food
    It's just too much of an easy go to.
