For the next two weeks I will be giving up...
I am fed up of feeling sluggish and full of fatigue after a quick can of pop or a cheeky 99p Mayo Chicken. So, enough is enough and for 2 weeks I will be giving these naughty things a rest.

- •AlcoholWorking a full time office job, can easily turn you into an alcoholic, without you realising. After only 8 months, I tend to crave a drink after a lonnnng day.
- •Bad snacksI just can't anymore with my crisp habit.
- •Fast foodIt's just too much of an easy go to.
