When you don't have time for a yoga class or money for a massage

    Recognize you feel stressed

    Begin to concentrate on your breathing. Take a very deep breath in, hold it for a bit, then let out slowly. Keep repeating

    Try not to think about anything while you do this. If you can't empty your mind, just try to focus on one thing you see and try to smile (does wonders)
