- •You aren't eating enoughYou wanna get big? You gotta eat big. You should also be aiming to eat about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.
- •You aren't getting enough sleepYou don't get ripped at the gym, you get ripped in your bed. Without getting a proper amount of sleep you aren't giving your body enough time to recover
- •You keep lifting the same weight every weekHave you been bench pressing the same weight for the past 6 months? Get familiar with the concept of "progressive overload" - you need to do a bit more than you did last week, where it be heavier weights or adding volume (adding reps and sets) to your workout.
