WAYS TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL BETTER
If you're in a bad mood, a weird funk or actually depressed. These things help me, even if it is just temporarily.
- •Cuddle/play with a dog- this is my #1 go to!🐾Preferably your own or if not, a puppy
- •Drink hot chocoloate
- •Hug someone you love
- •Make plans with a good friend you haven't seen in a while
- •Cook a nice meal for someone you love
- •Go for a walk somewhere prettyOnly if it's nice out or not so cold you are in pain
- •Play with nieces/nephews/friends' kids...any non annoying kid will do
- •Binge watch a really good show
- •Get a massage
- •Get a mani/pedi
- •Get outside!A nice park, the beach...never underestimate how good sitting in the sun feels!
- •Go see a movie you've been dying to seeEven if it is by yourself! It's semi-awkward at first but also kind of exhilarating to be like "ya I can totally do this!"
