If you're in a bad mood, a weird funk or actually depressed. These things help me, even if it is just temporarily.
  1. Cuddle/play with a dog- this is my #1 go to!🐾
    Preferably your own or if not, a puppy
  2. Drink hot chocoloate
  3. Hug someone you love
  4. Make plans with a good friend you haven't seen in a while
  5. Cook a nice meal for someone you love
  6. Go for a walk somewhere pretty
    Only if it's nice out or not so cold you are in pain
  7. Play with nieces/nephews/friends' kids...any non annoying kid will do
  8. Binge watch a really good show
  9. Meditate
  10. Get a massage
  11. Get a mani/pedi
  12. Get outside!
    A nice park, the beach...never underestimate how good sitting in the sun feels!
  13. Go see a movie you've been dying to see
    Even if it is by yourself! It's semi-awkward at first but also kind of exhilarating to be like "ya I can totally do this!"
