Now more than ever, need to keep track.
  1. This sunrise this morning.
  2. Yesterday I went back to yoga for the first time since I broke my kneecap in June.
    And it didn't kill me!
  3. My homemade pizza game—with the help of my Kitchenaid mixer dough hook—is getting strong.
    Last night: margherita, sausage and onion and pepperoni. Plus my whole wheat crust was not disgusting!
