1. Turkey melt on sourdough.
    Bacon fat, onion, grated apple, garlic, and vermouth cooked together and then mixed into ground turkey. Add smoked cheddar to the cooked top and sriracha mayo on both sides of the bread. Grill and eat.
  2. Goat cheese pasta with caramelized onions
    In the summer, I throw in fresh tomatoes. In the winter, I add roasted butternut squash.
  3. Peach-basil-sausage pizza
    No sauce. A cracker crust. Diced peaches, Apple-Chardonnay sausage, fresh basil, and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil right when it comes out of the oven.
  4. Roast chicken and mashed potatoes.
    Classic. Serve with cranberry-pear sauce. Sour cream in the potatoes.
