HOW TO KNOW IF YOU ARE A REGULAR

- •The waiter smiles shyly at you until you say nice to see you, again. Then he laughs.
- •He brings a pitcher of margaritas to you with the chips and salsa.
- •He knows exactly how many times to ask before you relent and order a second (or third) pitcher.
- •You start thinking about carne asada when you wake up.
