Mostly to remind myself of what was successful or not, so I can repeat.
  1. Whole chicken with onions, carrots, herbs, citrus, white wine. First time using slow cooker. Cooked a little too long and basically made soup. Not the goal, but tasty. ⭐️⭐️
Served over rice. Night #2, added tomatoes, jalapeños, hot sauce, avocados, tortilla chips for a tortilla soup-ish experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
  2. Chicken drumsticks, modified Moroccan chicken recipe. Red onions, apricots, raisins, cumin, white wine, broth. Cooked 4 hours. Succulent and perfect amount of sweet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Served over couscous with raisins, chick peas, cumin, lemon juice.
  3. White bean, kale, and sausage soup. (Tomatoes, onions, garlic, herbs, broth.) ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Needs a couple adjustments but pretty good.
  4. Whole chicken, cooked 4 hours, basic onions and carrots, added zucchini, poblano peppers and mojo marinade. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Served over rice but would have been better as tacos, with the mojo seasoning.
