SOME HABITS I'M TRYING TO KICK

  1. Apologetic tone of work emails
  2. Scrolling through Facebook for extended periods of time
  3. Falling asleep on the couch after dinner
    Though to be fair, we've eaten late dinners this week and it gets dark at like 4pm in Seattle
  4. Nail-biting
  5. Not stretching after fitness-ing
  6. Not calling my grandparents and other non-parent family members
  7. Being mean to my dad when he calls me very early in the morning
  8. Shedding all belongings at the door and just leaving them there
