I made a goal of cooking every dinner at home this week and it was a success! Every meal is made with with a healthy conscious.
  1. Mozzarella stuffed turkey meatballs and sautéed zucchini.
  2. Brown sugar glazed pork chops, brussel sprout and apple hash and roasted butternut squash.
  3. Crockpot chicken fajitas.
  4. Gnocchi and peas with a creamy Parmesan sauce and a side salad.
  5. Baked chicken taquitos with beans.
