MY IDEAL NIGHT IN BED

    Set alarm approx 15-20 minutes earlier than I need to be up
  2. 2.
    Start off quite cold
  3. 3.
    Wrap comforter tightly around my body, but not enough to warm me right away
  4. 4.
    Drift off while still slightly cold
  5. 5.
    Have a vivid, ridiculous dream that I can't quite remember when I wake up
  6. 6.
    Wake up warm and toasty but also groggily to snooze the alarm and go back to sleep
  7. 7.
    Hit snooze one more time for another 8ish minutes of toasty warm sleep
  8. 8.
    Finally wake up on time and well rested, ready for anything the day throws at me
