1. Light salt and pepper on chicken thighs, also ok to add spices like oregano, thyme, rosemary
  2. Mix Scott's BBQ sauce and Carolina Treat and a cap of apple cider vinegar.
  3. Oil grill. Cook chicken on low for 22.5 minutes on each side (45 min total). Start brushing on sauce; flipping every five minutes for the last thirty minutes. Cook a total of 1 hr 15 min.
