  2. Bake a soufflé
  3. Bake a pastry once a week
  4. Write more essays just for the heck of it
    It's good practice plus a lot of places want completed drafts instead of pitches anyway
  5. Finish learning that Liszt piece
  6. Read more books
  7. Yoga every day
  8. Get out of bed immediately after waking up
    No more dawdling for an hour on the phone
  9. Organize the clothes in my closet
