- •Attend 15 yoga classes- 12 for the month of June, keeping the momentum going!
- •Daily Gratitude Journal- doesn't need to be a lot, just jot down things I'm thankful for.
- •Learn something new!- taking class through UC Berkeley extension. Starts July 9!
- •Read 30 minutes before bed- this can be class related or for fun
- •Run 3 days each week- slowly getting back to logging miles. 10 miles per week will do for now.
