This covers the northern part of the shore, exit 105 - 100. Also very accessible by NJ Transit from NYC. And great to bike from town to town once you are down here!
  1. Long Branch
    This beach has a nice developed shopping/dining area right on the water called "Pier Village" with boutiques and trendy restaurants. Make sure to go to Turning Point for brunch!
  2. Asbury Park
    This is the Jersey Shore of the postcards, home to the Stone Pony and Convention Hall, the classic Shore Boardwalk scene
  3. Ocean Grove
    This spot originated as a Methodist Christian Meeting Ground in the late 1800s. Check out the Great Auditorium, Tent City, and commercial streets with Victorian architecture. Grab an ice cream at Nagles while you're here!
  4. Bradley Beach
    If you're looking for a nice simple beach day with a bit of Boardwalk but not too overwhelming, head to Bradley for the day! Lots of street parking and a nice assortment of restaurants about half a mile inland. Make sure to go to Vic's for dinner!
