Things I Would Rather Do, When I Wake Up With Anxiety.

  1. Stay in bed!
  2. Sleep!
  3. Ignore my phone and everything that exists!
  4. Sleep!
  5. Listen to the rain!
  6. Read!
  7. Sleep!
  8. Nothing!
  9. BUT...
  10. I have to get out of bed and go to work.
  11. So...
  12. For now, the comfort of my bed and pillows await.
  13. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
