Five Thoughts on Exercising

Why can't I just be Lorelai Gilmore, so I can eat crap and never gain weight.
  1. I don't do the gym, people be crazy with all that equipment.
  2. I prefer being outdoors - hike, swim & jog!
  3. Yoga (Ballet & Pilates) is like my religion.
  4. I'm only into low impact forms of exercise.
  5. To me, sweating in the sauna is considered exercising :)
