Ways taking care of babies has made me a better person these past days

  1. Sleep
    I go to bed at 9.30pm and wake up at 6.30am.
  2. Eating
    Breakfast at 8, lunch at 12, diner at 7, every single day. Vegetables and no sugar (in front of the kids...) so healthy!
  3. Multitasking
    carrying one crying baby, preventing an other to put himself in danger and washing the dishes : easy!
  4. Sport
    My arms muscles have doubled! + walking everyday the big baby
  5. Outdoors
    Fresh country air twice a day
  6. Playing
    I'm having so much fun. And nothing's better than a baby's laugh in the entire world
  7. Language
    No curse words, peaceful and positive communication. This is refreshing 🙂
