Ways taking care of babies has made me a better person these past days
- •SleepI go to bed at 9.30pm and wake up at 6.30am.
- •EatingBreakfast at 8, lunch at 12, diner at 7, every single day. Vegetables and no sugar (in front of the kids...) so healthy!
- •Multitaskingcarrying one crying baby, preventing an other to put himself in danger and washing the dishes : easy!
- •SportMy arms muscles have doubled! + walking everyday the big baby
- •OutdoorsFresh country air twice a day
- •PlayingI'm having so much fun. And nothing's better than a baby's laugh in the entire world
- •LanguageNo curse words, peaceful and positive communication. This is refreshing 🙂
