  1. Drink a cup of tea
  2. Drink water
  3. Drink a diet flavored beverage
    Like coke or 'ice'
  4. Stretch
  5. Use my phone
  6. Do laundry
  7. Vaccume
  8. Do dishes
  9. Brush my teeth
  10. Whiten my teeth
  11. Run errands
  12. Check facebook, emails, ect.
  13. Apply lotion
  14. Weigh myself
  15. Ask if mom needs my care, and act accordingly
    Shes ill and Im her primary care taker
  16. Take care of my dog
  17. Practice catwalking
  18. Nap
    Usually a sign I NEED food so sometimes i eat once Im fatigued
