WHAT A CROCK OF

Sauerkrauts I've made.
  1. Green cabbage, turmeric root, garlic. 11/25/15-12/7/15. Delicious.
  2. Ginger Carrots 12/15-12/21. FAILURE
  3. Lemon Dill Sauerkraut 1/14/16-1/28/16
  4. Sauerruben 1/21/16-2/4/16 - kohlrabi, turnips, rutabaga, caraway. Crunchy, pickle-y. Total keeper.
  5. Farmhouse Kraut 2/4/16-2/17/16 - cabbage, Apple, fennel seeds, spring onion. Winner.
  6. Red Cabbage, Kalamata, & Capers
    3/10/16-3/29/16 - worth the wait! So umami-y and tangy!
