MY SYSTEM FOR HEATING BAGUETTES
This system is the result of years of buying $3 baguettes on my way home from school.
- •Run the baguette under cold waterTry to do this quickly and evenly. The loaf should be wet but not soaked. Also! If I'm make an sandwich I like to sometimes slice the bread halfway open beforehand.
- •Reheat in the oven at 325 F for 10-15 minutesThe happy medium between warm+wet and hot+brittle is during this time
- •Eat (almost) immediately
