MY SYSTEM FOR HEATING BAGUETTES

This system is the result of years of buying $3 baguettes on my way home from school.
  1. Run the baguette under cold water
    Try to do this quickly and evenly. The loaf should be wet but not soaked. Also! If I'm make an sandwich I like to sometimes slice the bread halfway open beforehand.
  2. Reheat in the oven at 325 F for 10-15 minutes
    The happy medium between warm+wet and hot+brittle is during this time
  3. Eat (almost) immediately
