If only I knew why...
- •Only take cold showers.
- •Reuse disposable razors for six months.
- •Electroshock myself to modify behaviours.
- •Only eat one meal a day.
- •Do Tabata sets on a rowing machine.
- •Consume all podcasts and videos at 2x speed.
- •Send myself a lot of email.
- •Take every opportunity to convince people not to go to university.
- •Play in pool competitions but spend at most 90mins/week on table practice.
- •Get 'me time' (=without family) by waking up early in the morning.
- •Don't wish anyone happy birthday on Facebook.
- •Have a photo of each of my kids for every day since (their) birth.
