  2. Reuse disposable razors for six months.
  3. Electroshock myself to modify behaviours.
  4. Only eat one meal a day.
  5. Do Tabata sets on a rowing machine.
  6. Consume all podcasts and videos at 2x speed.
  7. Send myself a lot of email.
  8. Take every opportunity to convince people not to go to university.
  9. Play in pool competitions but spend at most 90mins/week on table practice.
  10. Get 'me time' (=without family) by waking up early in the morning.
  11. Don't wish anyone happy birthday on Facebook.
  12. Have a photo of each of my kids for every day since (their) birth.
