Health Plan

Summer health cause ya know, julys never too late to start.
  1. Salads
  2. Lots of Sit ups and Russian twists.
  3. Walk... a lot...
    This means parking in the back of parking lots.
  4. No sugar
  5. Cut back to only ONE glass of wine.
    The only real sugar allowed. It hurts. So bad.
  6. Minimal carbs
  7. More vitamin D and hot tub time
    I'm the one in the green.... okay just Pretend... please.... plz....
  8. No pop..
    Okay less pop...
