Panic attack #6....of today
Today was actually good. But now alone and worrying about it all.
- •Breath. Remember to breath.
- •Breathing not working. Stop. 10 seconds to try and focus.
- •Can't breath. Can't breath. CAN'T BREATH. Move compulsion.
- •Compulsion. Again compulsion
- •Find a distraction. Focus. It will pass.
- •........all again. Onto the next....
- •One day one day the steps will get clearer
- •Keep fighting!!!!
- •Stay strong!
