Today was actually good. But now alone and worrying about it all.
  1. Breath. Remember to breath.
  2. Breathing not working. Stop. 10 seconds to try and focus.
  3. Can't breath. Can't breath. CAN'T BREATH. Move compulsion.
  4. Compulsion. Again compulsion
  5. Find a distraction. Focus. It will pass.
  6. ........all again. Onto the next....
  7. One day one day the steps will get clearer
  8. Keep fighting!!!!
  9. Stay strong!
