Yoga Goals

Poses I have trouble with that I'm trying to conquer
  1. Crow
    Right now its little feet hops up to crow to get the balance and arm strength in.
  2. Plow
    Problems breathing once I get my feet to the floor.
  3. Camel
    I'm cheating right now by flexing my toes in and feet up.
  4. Warrior 3
    It feels like I'm dislocating my hip whenever I do this for more than a second.
  5. Half moon
    Ditto.
  6. Balanced Lizard
    Just a big pile of Nope right now.
