My anxiety tells me

  1. My kids have serious issues and it is my fault
  2. I'm not a nice person and people generally don't like me
  3. I'm pretty much a failure at all things
  4. I have the opposite of the Midas Touch
  5. My husband probably only pretends to love me because, you know, he's stuck with me
  6. I talk too much and no one cares what I am saying
  7. I need to get to sleep or I will oversleep and be fired from my job...
