I don't do podcasts. Well that's not true, there are two (hence this list). I've recently discovered that listening to these is the perfect antidote to remedy gym boredom. These also might offer a little insight into my psyche/obsessions.
  1. Gottfried's Amazing Colossal Podcast
Speaks to my comedy nerd and old Hollywood geekery. Plus the 'Gilbert is a cheap bastard' jokes never get old. Guests are almost exclusively the septuagenarian set (I think Judd Apatow was the youngest by a wideish margin) and have included comedy heavyweights, writers, directors and a couple of Monkees. Gilbert proves to be a super knowledgable and passionate film need and his co-host Frank Santopadre is equally adept. Fave eps are: Leonard Maltin, Bob Costas, Judd Apatow and Steve Buscemi.
  2. Savage Lovecast
I had been reading Savage Love in the back pages of Now for years and was happy to discover Dan's podcast. Essentially an elongated aural (Oral!?) version of his advice column.
