Ways I Deal With Anxiety

I get very easily anxious about almost everything I have no control over and it's awful.
  1. Run
    I run for miles and miles, I use to hate running but mentally it helps.
  2. Go to the movies alone
    Usually one that's been out for a while so I have the whole theater to myself, great way to get away for a few hours.
  3. Have some tea and breathe
  4. Color while watching trashy TV
    Thanks Kardashians!
  5. Smoke a single cigarette on my roof.
    Last resort. Ashamed I do it but not ashamed enough to admit it because it does help calm me the fuck down.
