Ways I Deal With Anxiety
I get very easily anxious about almost everything I have no control over and it's awful.
- •RunI run for miles and miles, I use to hate running but mentally it helps.
- •Go to the movies aloneUsually one that's been out for a while so I have the whole theater to myself, great way to get away for a few hours.
- •Have some tea and breathe
- •Color while watching trashy TVThanks Kardashians!
- •Smoke a single cigarette on my roof.Last resort. Ashamed I do it but not ashamed enough to admit it because it does help calm me the fuck down.
