1. Granola
    3c rolled oats, 1.5 c almonds, 1c dried cherries, 1c coconut shavings, 3/4c maple syrup, 1/2c olive oil, 1tsp kosher salt. 1tsp cinnamon. Mix together, spread on a baking sheet. Heat oven to 325F. Bake for 45 min, stirring at least once
  2. Tomato sauce
    Better than in a jar and way less salt!
