This is a hard list to make, and a lot of people will probably disagree with my choices, but these games are the GOAT (in my opinion.
  1. 25.
    Die Hard Arcade
Yes, a Sega Saturn game squeaked into my top 25. This game was a blast to play even though you were basically a bunch of polygons... and were playing on a Sega Saturn.
  2. 24.
This is one of the earliest games I remember playing on NES. I think I just liked the idea of cruising around and beating people up.
  3. 23.
    Space Invaders
The classic arcade game! A little bit of nostalgia surrounding this game since I had an actual Space Invaders arcade unit in my house for a short period of time.
  4. 22.
    Zombies Ate My Neighbors
Jumping on trampolines to get over bushes, only to be chased by a chainsaw yielding bad guy that cut his way through that bush you just jumped over... What a dick. The sound fx in this game are super awesome and catchy too.
  5. 21.
    Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2
This game is a super simple racing game, but oh so addictive. Played this game obsessively in 8th grade. Flash your headlights, and go!
  6. 20.
    Red Dead Redemption
Basically the Grand Theft Auto of the old west; This game had a badass story line, and the quick draw feature while dueling was a great concept/addiction.
  7. 19.
    Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle
Another one of my earliest video game memories... This game may seem lame, but it was so much fun to play! Remember, what until Sylvester was in the stairwell before going in the stairwell yourself (that way we doesn't trap you).
  8. 18.
    Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2
The Tony Hawk games had the best soundtracks. All of them. Aside from that, he really opened up skateboarding to the general public via video games. His second game, just happens to have better levels in my opinion.
  9. 17.
An epic side view adventure. Battletoads always stood out to me because it also contained the level on the hover bikes, and that to me was mind blowing.
  10. 16.
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal
It had tons of guns, you have a sidekick, a ton of button configurations for different things... All in all, this game is just fun to play.
  11. 15.
    Mortal Kombat 2
Character selection in this one was top notch. Nothing like a cartoon gore and button mashing.
  12. 14.
It's hard to argue this one, in fact, a lot would probably have it higher on the list.
  13. 13.
    Sonic 2
This reminds me of going to my Aunt Sue and Uncle Todd's house as a kid. Sonic is classic, and the second one only improved what was lacking in the first.
  14. 12.
    Toe Jam & Earl
Graphics were basically non existent here, but the concept of the game and how weird it was really makes it great! Find the parts to your ship dude.
  15. 11.
This indie game is dark, captivating, and makes you think. Its my favorite indie game so far.
  16. 10.
    Hot Shots Golf 3
All for your boy! That's a lot of Cabbage! Aye ya wah! Still one of my favorites to play with my brothers.
  17. 9.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
This game I played a lot with my brother Chance. It really introduced me into online gaming and how much fun it could be.
  18. 8.
4 player duel! Still one of the best first person shooters.
  19. 7.
    Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey
Yes I put this above Goldeneye. The intensity of this game is serious. Also, some of the most fun I've ever had playing a sports game.
  20. 6.
    Skate 3
This was a tough choice between the 3 games in the Skate series, but ultimately I went with skate 3 since it had the add ons like the black box park.
  21. 5.
    Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
You could do everything and anything in this game, and it was awesome. Customize your car, eat some chicken, get some tattoos, then work out at the gym.
  22. 4.
    Far Cry 3
The story is just so good. It's hard to describe the likability of this game to someone if they've never played it. I never wanted it to end.
  23. 3.
    Super Mario World
There are so many great Mario games, but this one is my favorite. Mario 3, and Mario 64 should get an honorable mention though.
  24. 2.
    Fallout 4
Wow... Just, wow. This game just keeps getting better. It's ridiculously vast and detail oriented. You can't get bored. Graphics are on point, multiple story lines, and a ton of characters to both love and hate. This is the reason I bought a next gen console, for games like this.
  25. 1.
    Mario Kart 64
Here it is, my ultimate game. So much pain and joy in one cartridge. Also, I'm the best at the Wario stadium wall hop... no big deal.
