Foods that make me bloated... 😰
- •Pasta - any kind will distend my stomach and make life uncomfortable
- •Peanuts - give me a horrible stomach pain... It's the worst in butter form
- •All legumes - see peanuts! Except for peas, those seem to be ok.
- •Milk - I have mild intolerance but it doesn't keep me from eating an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's. I just deal with the consequences.
- •Bread - same as pasta, probably just a wheat intolerance.
