1. Pasta - any kind will distend my stomach and make life uncomfortable
  2. Peanuts - give me a horrible stomach pain... It's the worst in butter form
  3. All legumes - see peanuts! Except for peas, those seem to be ok.
  4. Milk - I have mild intolerance but it doesn't keep me from eating an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's. I just deal with the consequences.
  5. Bread - same as pasta, probably just a wheat intolerance.
