Goals for 2016!!! 🎈🎈🎈
Super late but here it is...
- 1.Be able to do one srict pull upThis goal I have every year and I have not worked on this goal at all
- 2.Squat 200#I am on my way for this one! My current 1 RM is 170 (high bar)
- 3.Do kipping hand stand push-upsAchieved! I still need 2 ab mats but I can string 10 at a time. It's all about hand positioning.
- 4.Compete in a Crossfit competition.Coming up! Pensacola Beach Brawl
- 5.Get my 1.5 mile down to 12 minutes.Working on this. PT test in December.
- 6.Lose 10 lbs for vacation in December.😂😂😂😂😂
- 7.Start masters degree!Complete! Started in May with Penn State!
- 8.Make MSgt.I did it!! Completed in May.
