Goals for 2016!!! 🎈🎈🎈

Super late but here it is...
  1. 1.
    Be able to do one srict pull up
    This goal I have every year and I have not worked on this goal at all
  2. 2.
    Squat 200#
    I am on my way for this one! My current 1 RM is 170 (high bar)
  3. 3.
    Do kipping hand stand push-ups
    Achieved! I still need 2 ab mats but I can string 10 at a time. It's all about hand positioning.
  4. 4.
    Compete in a Crossfit competition.
    Coming up! Pensacola Beach Brawl
  5. 5.
    Get my 1.5 mile down to 12 minutes.
    Working on this. PT test in December.
  6. 6.
    Lose 10 lbs for vacation in December.
  7. 7.
    Start masters degree!
    Complete! Started in May with Penn State!
  8. 8.
    Make MSgt.
    I did it!! Completed in May.
