1. Get a frying pan (preferably griddle pan) on the hob
  2. Turn on hob to a low heat. Not the lowest but more towards low than medium.
  3. Allow pan to heat up for a few minutes.
  4. Put bacon in and leave for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Check.
  6. Get two slabs of bread
  7. Butter the bread (optional)
  8. Once bacon ha turned crispy, get it on the bread
  9. With a spoon put a dollop of mayo and a dollop of Dijon on the bacon.
  10. Use the back of the spoon to spread the sauce over the bacon
  11. Cut in half
  12. Eat
