Music I'm Into These Days

I'm ALL over the map with music as always. There will never NOT be 90s music in the mix.
  1. Kirk Franklin - Losing My Religion
One of the best albums (not just gospel/Christian) I've ever heard!! Beautiful lyrics and production. PERFECT timing for a pretty tough year of new beginnings and breaking bad habits. This album is a perfect reminder that a RELATIONSHIP w God is WAAAAAAAY more important than just religion.
  2. Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill
    A 90s lovers dream.
  3. Isreal Houghton and New Breed - Covered: Live in Asia
Another amazing album that NO DOUBT gets me through hard and crazy times. It's always SO GOOD to praise the name of Jesus!
  4. Fiona Apple - When the Pawn...
I've always been a HUGE Fiona Apple fan without actually listening to her albums. I only know her singles. Tried listening to "Tidal," but it was a little slow ( not giving up though lol). However "When the Pawn..." is excellent and I'll be listening to it for a LOOOOONG time.
  5. Nelly Furtado - Loose
My sister-in-law was listening to "Showtime" from this album and I was mad at myself for never taking the time to actually listen to this whole album. Idiot.
  6. All No Doubt and Gwen Stefani albums
Had a mini-marathon on "The Voice" this weekend and fell in love with Gwen Stefani again. Been a fan since 1995, so of course I had to revisit everything she's ever done.
  7. Haim - Days are Gone
Literally been jamming this album for almost 2 years straight and YouTubed like every video of them. Danielle Haim is EVERYTHING.
  8. Adele - 25
Duh. But I hope that this album doesn't take *NSYNC's record of highest first week sales. 😳😳😳
  9. 112 - 112 and Room 112
Found out this week that 112, Dru Hill, Jagged Edge, and Avant are coming to Dallas in January so of course I need to listen to their discographies (not Avant -- never really like him). I started w 112...CLASSIC 90s R&B and I love it. They have KILLER harmonies and that's what I LIVE for.
  10. Every *NSYNC and Britney Spears album
    Always in rotation. Since 1998.
